Accreditation

This college is accredited by Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria. Training of nurses commenced in November/December stream of 2021 academic year. You can check online for a list of approved schools Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria. Check under Imo State, precisely S/N 16.12

Certificate & Licensing

Upon successful completion of the requirement of the General Nursing Education Programme and passing the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria Professional examination the graduate shall be awarded the General Nursing Certificate(RN).

A successful graduate shall also be required to seek registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria and shall be licensed to practice as such. This certificate is accepted in anywhere in the world to practice Nursing

Admission Requirements

Candidates for admission into the General Nursing Education in this college must possess the following...

Senior Secondary School Certificate from West African Examinations Council (WAEC) or the National Examinations Council (NECO)

With a minimum of five subjects at Credit level including English language, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics

In not more than two (2) Sittings.

Currently, National Business and Technical Examination Board (NABTEB) has been approved But cannot be combined with any other O’level credentials in not more than two sittings are accepted for NABTEB.
